PowerGrid enables you to combine switches, dimmers and other accessories on one plate. The PowerGrid system comprises of 3 parts: a faceplate, a grid frame (or “yoke”) and a number of grid modules. Screwless PowerGrid faceplates have integrated grid frames so only the faceplate and grid modules are required.

Free Standard Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders delivered within the UK mainland. All orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This can take up to 2-3 working days.
Next Day:
We also offer Guaranteed Next Day delivery via Royal Mail by 1pm, you can select this option at checkout for just an extra £6.99. However, if stock is unavailable for next day delivery, we will contact you and refund the delivery charge.
Collection:
There is also a collection service if you prefer to collect. However, all visits to the office/warehouse must be pre-arranged so we can ensure we have the products you require in stock. CONTACT US

Returns Policy:
–We have been notified via email within 30 days of receipt sales@switchsocketandsupplies.co.uk.
-Any Accessories /parts in sealed bags remain so.
-The item is returned in a re-saleable condition, unmarked and unopened.
-Please include full name & order number with your return including the reason for returning the item/s & if you would like an exchange or refund on receipt.
Returning Unwanted Products:
We highly value our customers and aim to provide the best possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you no longer require it, we offer a 30-day full refund period, except for made to order purchases. On receipt of the returned items, a full refund will be issued if the return policy is followed. Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is visibly damaged, we will require a photo of the damage. If there is a fault with the item, we will require an explanation of the fault.
Warranty
We provide full manufacturer’s warranty on all products we supply. The length of the warranty depends on the brand you purchase. Please keep your order confirmation email receipt, this acts as your warranty.
